Hi –
Terrific list! Updating my old theme, for my 10 year old food blog. Last time I migrated to a new theme I lost ALL SOCIAL MEDIA interaction on posts and had to start from scratch.
Thanks!
WPBeginner Support says
Unless your theme added social media comments in your comment section, the theme shouldn’t have a major effect on how your users interact with your social media. To prevent losing social media comments when changing themes we would recommend using plugins to prevent that loss in the future.

Hi,
I would like to know what social sharing plugin are you using for your blog posts? I would like to use the same.
WPBeginner Support says
Hi Raj,
It is a custom plugin written specifically for our own websites. However, you can achieve the same appearance and functionality using one of these social media plugins.
